Terms and Conditions
General Terms & Conditions:
- Definitions: “Company” refers to Zam Zam Travel and Umrah Services, and “Client” refers to the individual or entity booking the tour package, airline ticket, or other travel services.
- Acceptance: By booking a tour package, airline ticket, or other travel services with the Company, the
Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions. - Payment Terms: The Client shall pay the Company the full amount due for the tour package, airline
ticket, or other travel services at the time of booking.
Tour Packages:
- Inclusions: The tour package price includes all items listed in the itinerary, unless otherwise stated.
- Exclusions: The tour package price excludes all items not listed in the itinerary, including but not
limited to: travel insurance, visa fees, and personal expenses. - Cancellation Policy: All Tour Packages are Non-Refundable and Non-Changeable.
Airline Ticket Policies:
- Ticketing Policy: Airline tickets are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of airline tickets is subject to the Airline’s Refund/Cancellation
Policy. - Refund Policy: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 4-6 weeks of cancellation.
By purchasing airline tickets from Zam Zam Travel and Umrah Services, the Client acknowledges that
they have read, understood, and accepted these Airline Ticket Policies.
Umrah Packages:
Inclusions/Exclusions
- Inclusions: The Umrah package price includes all items listed in the itinerary, unless otherwise stated.
- Exclusions: The Umrah package price excludes all items not listed in the itinerary, including but not
limited to:- Travel insurance
- Visa fees
- Personal expenses
Cancellation Policy
If the Client cancels the Umrah package, the following terms apply:
- Non-Refundable: The Umrah package is Non-Refundable.
- Exceptional Circumstances: However, in exceptional circumstances, the Company may consider a
refund or partial refund, subject to a mutual understanding between the Company and the Client.
Please note that the Company’s decision regarding refunds is final and binding and the Client
acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
Travel Documents
1 . Passport Requirements: The Client is responsible for ensuring that their passport:
– Is valid for at least six months beyond the return date of the tour
– Has sufficient blank pages for visa stamps (if required)
– Is in good condition (not damaged or expired
2. Visa Requirements: The Client is responsible for obtaining all necessary visas for travel, including but
not limited to:
– Entry visas
– Transit visas
– Exit visas (if required)
Note: It is the Client’s responsibility to research and obtain all necessary visas and travel documents
prior to departure. Zam Zam Travel and Umrah Services will not be held responsible for any delays or
cancellations due to incomplete or inaccurate travel documents.
Amendments in Company Policy:
- Amendments to Terms and Conditions: The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and
Conditions at any time without prior notice. - Notification of Amendments: The Company shall notify Clients of any amendments to these Terms
and Conditions through its website or other means of communication.

By booking a tour package, airline ticket, or other travel services with Zam Zam Travel And Umrah
Services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and
Conditions.
